An exquisitely crafted byproduct of 30 years of evolution and 2 years of design, the 410 Evolution has pushed the class of high-end yachts to a new unchartered plateau. This is a 41.19-foot display of power, stability and maneuverability with its revolutionary step hull design and triple outboard engines that don’t sacrifice an inch of cockpit space for performance.
The cockpit itself features an electronic sunroof, and perfectly sculpted and innovatively designed helm seating that converts to create more open seating and conversational space.
For diving and swimming, an integrated hullside dive door with a foldout ladder is located starboard.
Relax in a cabin adorned with a queen berth mattress, custom u-shaped settee, a stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, electric cooktop and microwave with wood veneered cabinetry throughout. There is even an electronic dinette with wooden surface that lowers to create an additional berth.
Yes, it was a long time in the making. But when you experience it, there will be no doubt in your mind it was well worth the wait.
Extensive standard features
Intrepid Boats designs have evolved over the past 32 years to a new level of luxury where a customer can have an owner-operated yacht, that can rival any top brand sportfish, without the need of a full-time captain or running the boat from the isolation of a fly bridge.
Loaded with features of a yacht but with the maneuverability of a sport cruiser.
Power
The sharp bow entry and hull displacement combine for a smooth comfortable ride. The bow thruster assists in docking.
Protected from the elements by a fiberglass hardtop, panoramic windshield and sliding side windows, the focal point for entertaining on this boat is the helm area. Wrap-around lounges face each other and the helm seat backrest slides forward so you can face aft. Further comfort is provided by plush cushions and strategically placed air conditioning vents. Best of all the captain, while at the helm, can still be part of the conversation instead of operating the boat from the solitude of a fly bridge.
L-shaped seating, on the port side of the bridge deck, has a separate forward pedestal seat that can swivel facing forward.
Directly behind the helm seat is a small L-shaped seat on the starboard side of the bridge deck.
A large panoramic windshield makes running in inclement weather a breeze and twin wipers keep your vision clear.
The height of the helm seat is fully adjustable with electronic controls that elevate the seat up and down. The backrest also slides fore and aft with the push of a button. Four folding armrest and two folding footrests make long runs more comfortable. A large dash can accept a full array of flush-mounted electronics.
The large helm dash has plenty of room for dual flush-mounted MFD screens. Vents flank both sides for air conditioned comfort.
The helm seating is fully adjustable with electronic controls and has folding armrest and footrest.
Protection from the sun is provided by a fiberglass hardtop with a power-actuated sliding sun roof. Handrails, on top of the hardtop, make it much easier to walk up to the bow, along the gunnels.
A sliding sun roof is built into the fiberglass hardtop.
A watertight weather seal keeps passengers dry when the top is in the closed position.
Walking up to the bow is safer with powder coated handrails mounted to the fiberglass hardtop.
On the port side of the helm area is a unique pedestal seat that is part of the wrap-around lounge seating. It can be raised electronically and swiveled forward to face a flat dash that can accept its own electronic display. This is a great feature for a passenger assisting with navigation.
With the port side pedestal seat facing forward, it is elevated so you can see over the bow. The dash includes a fold-down tray and ac vents.
L-shaped stern seating has cushions that can fold up and forward, gaining you access to storage that would be perfect for PVDs or any other safety gear that needed to be readily available.
This unique hinge gives you full use of the storage space below the seat cushion.
The side entry door, in the cockpit, hangs on a robust hinge and makes it easier to step on and off of the boat at dockside.
Just inside of the side door is a folding swim ladder built into the cockpit sole.
A retractable sun shade is an option that slides out electrically and provides shade for much of the cockpit.
For entertaining in the cockpit, two doors open to reveal a pull-out stainless steel refrigerator and waste basket, along with storage shelves.
A large hatch, just forward of the transom, gives you access for maintaining the pumps, sea cocks and fuel filters.
The bow has a large area complete with a padded cushion where a couple could soak up a little sun or star gaze at night. Handrails to either side and built-in drink holders are for safety and convenience.
The bow sun pad is a great place to hang out while at rest and is removable when not in use.
To make anchoring easier, a built-in windlass hangs a plow anchor through the bow and is accessible by opening a pair of triangle hatches.
Stepping down, into the cabin, you are greeted by the warmth of beautifully finished woodworking and a U-shaped settee with a table that adjusts to any level with the push of a button. To the port is a fully appointed galley with a cooktop, microwave, and stainless steel refrigerator/freezer. Just aft is a full-sized head with porcelain sink and toilet. A glass enclosure separates the shower. Forward is a queen-sized berth that lifts on power actuators to access additional storage below.
Wood veneered cabinetry adorns the cabin. Teak flooring, a solid wood dinette table and padded headliner round out the exquisite interior finish.
The queen-sized berth forward has a deluxe inner spring mattress. The padded headliner above has built-in spots and mood lighting.
The queen mattress lifts with electric actuators to gain access to storage below.
On the starboard side of the cabin is a settee with a power adjustable pedestal base and a solid wood table top.
With the settee table in the down position, a filler cushion turns this area into an additional bed for guest.
The cabin drawers have a solid wood face, stainless steel positive latch and are lined with stainless steel.
The galley has a flush countertop with a hidden sink, electric dual cooktop and its drawers are also lined with stainless steel.
Above the galley is a built-in microwave and a TV on a pull-out swivel.
As you enter the cabin, to starboard one will find a stainless steel pull-out refrigerator and freezer.
No cabin of this caliber would be complete without a winerack.
The cabin includes a full-sized head with a porcelain toilet bowl.
The head is appointed with a top-mounted porcelain sink and waterfall faucet.
A glass enclosure separates the shower from the head and includes a tiled wall.
Ride and Handling
The triple outboard configuration along with the single-stepped hull design gives this boat amazing performance. Not only are the top end speeds impressive but an aggressive turn of the steering wheel resulted in a smooth, predicable turn, that carved a 180 without the slightest hint of instability. The weight savings of powering with outboards is complemented by the massive amount of below-deck cockpit space that was better utilized by the systems access and in-deck storage.
